Guide for courses evaluation and upgrading

Although the project main actors, tutors and learners, have reached the envisaged work targets, and the global experience within this group has been positively evaluated, there is always a need of analysing and improving, if necessary. In this context, the Guide for courses evaluation and upgrading, synthesize the relevant aspects and conclusions drawn after each partner evaluation.

4. Analysis of the information provided by the partner institutions

In order to collect the information needed for analysing the activity undertaken during blended courses and to develop the Guide for courses evaluation and upgrading, a questionnaire has been developed, distributed and completed by all of the partner institutions. The analysis presented below is based on the information provided by all partners of the consortium, through the individual tables.

The elements for analysing the guide for upgrade courses were exposed in the following:

  • Start and end-date of the face-to-face course
  • Start and end-date of the e-learning course
  • Number of lecturers
  • Participants
  • Categories of trainees
  • Analysis from the feed-back questionnaires
  • Modules used at the partner organizations
  • Communication trainer – trainees
  • Average grades for individual modules
  • Average success rate of the course
  • The ranking of the modules from the participants point of view
  • Recommendations for the future projects/blended courses
  • Other aspects considered relevant by the participants
