Guide for smart practices in the textile sector.

3. Textile Innovation Stories and smart practices

1)      Please provide the most interesting examples of technical / smart textiles that you have.

We don’t produce typical smart textiles; only yarns or threads are produced.

We produce yarns with built-in PCMs in fibers that operate thermoregulatively in a precisely determined temperature range.

The second area is a group of electrical conductors, which provides precisely prescribed electrical conductivity.

The third, very wide area is represented by yarns and threads made of chemically resistant, high-temperature persistent fiber mixtures.

 2)      How did you promote or put your product on the market?

We do not promote our products. All the products are being developed in cooperation with our customers/buyers.

 3)      What requirements do you customers most request? (EC Certifications, washing etc.)

Depending on the application areas: strength and elasticity of the yarns and threads, irregularity and hairiness, etc. The basic requirements are tested by customers in the finished products, which also results in all the required properties of yarns and threads.

 4)      Do you agree in sharing some of these experiences for educational purposes?

Yes.
