Guide for courses evaluation and upgrading

Although the project main actors, tutors and learners, have reached the envisaged work targets, and the global experience within this group has been positively evaluated, there is always a need of analysing and improving, if necessary. In this context, the Guide for courses evaluation and upgrading, synthesize the relevant aspects and conclusions drawn after each partner evaluation.

5. Conclusions regarding the courses evaluation and upgrading

Considering all the data previously presented and discussed in this material, based on the attached tables completed by all partners from the project consortium, certain general aspects, important for improving training activities in the e-learning system through the www.advan2tex.eu platform, can be highlighted:

  • The target groups were composed of participants belonging to the four major categories: • Bachelor, Master and PhD - students • Professionals from the industry • Entrepreneurs / Freelancers • Teachers. The heterogeneity of the target groups can be a problem, both for the good development of the training activities and for the participants, who have different levels of knowledge prior training and different motivations to participate in such activities.
  • The seven modules that represent the support for the training activities, contain materials considered interesting and useful, by the most participants in the courses.
  • The importance of these training sessions for the professional training of the participants was confirmed, therefore the activities could continue with other target groups.
  • The addressability of modules is very important and should be correlated with the structure of the target groups.
