This guide for best practices of the courses is one of the outputs of the ADVAN2TEX project. It has been prepared based on the interaction tutors-trainees, following the methodology of benchmarking.
The information has been collected from all partners and tutors that have conducted the six blended courses – face-to face sessions and chat sessions, organized in four different European Union countries (Romania, Portugal, Czech Republic and Slovenia), partners of the ADVAN2TEX project.
This benchmarking exercise has allowed to identify the best practices and to detect the strengths and weaknesses of the courses. A set of suggestions of improvement have been collected. A summary of the major conclusions is presented in this guide and will serve as a basis for the improvement and upgrading of the courses to be performed in the future.
